Anjali runs a home bakery in Bengaluru. She needs about forty pieces of content a month — feed posts, stories, WhatsApp updates, the occasional Facebook thing. Each one goes through a designer.
She messages them on Monday with an idea. Explains what she wants. Sends the photos. Waits. It comes back Wednesday, she asks for one change, waits again. Thursday she has one image. It cost about ₹500.
Forty of those a month is ₹20,000 and a full-time job she does not have time for.
So she posts when she remembers. Which is why her account, like most small business accounts, is quiet for weeks at a time. Not because she stopped caring — because the process was too slow to keep up with.
Here is the method I use to collapse that from two days to a few minutes. It is written out in full below. You do not need to buy anything to use it.
The whole thing rests on one idea
Most people open ChatGPT and type something like “make me an Instagram post for my bakery”. What comes back is generic, because the request was generic. Then they conclude AI does not work for their business.
The fix is not a cleverer prompt. It is more information, in a consistent order. Good input beats clever wording every single time.
So instead of a sentence, you fill in a brief. Eight parts. Once you have it, you reuse it forever.
The eight-part brief
- What you are making — “Instagram promotional post”, “WhatsApp status”, “Facebook cover”.
- The product — be specific. Not “cakes”. “Fresh cinnamon rolls, baked every morning.”
- The offer — the actual deal. “Weekend special, ₹199 for a box of two.”
- The audience — “Local families and young professionals within 5km.”
- The composition — what should physically be in the picture. “One cinnamon roll on a ceramic plate, flat lay, soft natural light.”
- The text on the image — write it yourself. Do not let the AI invent your prices.
- The call to action — “Order by 6 PM on WhatsApp.”
- The format — “Square 1:1 Instagram post.”
Add your brand to it once — your business name, your colours, the tone you write in — and every creative comes out looking like it belongs to the same business.
That is the entire method. Everything else is repetition.
Ask for three, not one
This is the part most people skip, and it is where the actual gain is.
Having built the brief, do not generate one post. Generate three, each selling a different thing about the same product. Here are three from a single brief — same bakery, same weekend, same box:

Three angles costs you about four extra minutes. And only now do you find out which one your customers actually respond to — instead of guessing with one and concluding “social media does not work for my business”.
Changing it is a sentence, not a redesign
When something is wrong, say so in plain English. “Make the text bigger.” “Use a lighter background.” “Move the price to the bottom.” “Warmer lighting.”
No design software, no waiting on somebody else, no explaining it twice. This is the bit that genuinely replaces the two-day loop.
Then find out whether it worked
Track one number to start with — not five. Messages received, or link clicks, or saves. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp all show you this for free.
One row per post. Which angle, which day, what happened. After four weekends you stop guessing and start knowing which of the three angles your particular customers respond to.
What this will not do
It will not get you customers. Nothing can promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who tells you otherwise.
What it removes is the friction that stops most small businesses posting consistently. Consistency is the part that actually moves a business — and consistency was never a motivation problem. It was a two-day-per-post problem.
If you would rather watch it
I have put the whole thing into a short course — 13 videos, 37 minutes in total, nothing longer than four minutes. It comes with a prompt sheet you copy from and an Excel workbook that writes the prompt for you once you have filled in your brand.
It is ₹499, one-time. The first chapter is free to watch, no signup, so you can judge it before deciding.

Everything in this article works without buying it. The course is the same method, shown on screen, with the templates done for you.
